Tokenized stocks are issued by third parties (for example Backed Assets (JE) Ltd for xStocks, Ondo Global Markets (BVI) Ltd, Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Ltd). They are not shares and give no shareholder rights unless the issuer says so. Perpetual futures are leveraged derivatives. Not available to US persons or in restricted countries.
