Tokens are not shares
A tokenized stock is issued by a third party, such as Backed Assets (JE) Limited for xStocks. It tracks a share price. It is not the share itself, and it gives no shareholder rights unless the issuer says so.

Issuers differ
Each version has its own issuer, legal form, custody and dividend handling, and we name the issuer on every token. Some versions are limited by region. Secondary buyers usually can't redeem with the issuer without KYC.

When markets are closed
Tokens can trade while the home exchange is closed, and prices can move away from the last close. Fair value is an estimate of the current price while the market is closed, not a forecast.

Perps are leveraged
Perpetual futures are synthetic and cash-settled, with no ownership and no dividends. You can lose your margin. The app shows your liquidation price and funding before you confirm.

Your wallet and keys
Stokn creates a Solana wallet and an EVM wallet for you, and you can export the keys any time. Anyone with your keys can move what they hold.
